Faria Import Export is headquartered in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay — the economic powerhouse of the tri-border region and one of the most important distribution centers in South America. What began as a single-category trading operation is today a structured importer running continuous container programmes across seven consumer categories.
Who we are
We are an import and distribution company. We buy directly from manufacturers in China, handle the entire logistics chain to Paraguay, and place the goods with retailers, wholesalers and regional chains across the Mercosur region.
Our team covers sourcing, quality follow-up, international logistics, customs and commercial distribution in-house. That means a factory dealing with us is dealing with the decision maker, not an intermediary passing messages along.
Ciudad del Este moves billions of dollars in trade every year. Operating from here gives our suppliers access to Paraguayan retail as well as cross-border demand from Brazil and Argentina — a strategic position no inland warehouse can replicate.
